What Sacred Moments Press Offers

Sacred Moments Press was created as a place for meaningful work to come into the world with care, clarity, and intention.

We are small by design. This is not high-volume publishing, and it is not rushed work. We choose projects thoughtfully and build each publishing relationship around respect, trust, clear communication, and thoughtful collaboration. We would rather do the work well than do it quickly, and we shape the process around both the needs of the work and the person behind it.

Whether you arrive with a nearly finished manuscript, a story still finding its shape, a collection of artwork, or creative work you hope to preserve and pass forward, you are welcome to begin with a conversation.

A gentle approach to publishing

You do not need to have every detail figured out before reaching out.

Sacred Moments Press is especially interested in work that already carries a clear human voice, purpose, or story and would benefit from thoughtful guidance, careful production, or creative collaboration.

Authors remain active decision-makers throughout the publishing process. Our role is to bring publishing knowledge, structure, infrastructure, and care around the work — not to take the work away from the person who created it.

The Light Touch

Best for: Authors with a complete or nearly complete manuscript who want to remain closely in charge of their writing and promotion while having a trusted publishing partner handle the technical path to publication.

The Light Touch can include Sacred Moments Press ISBN assignment, file and formatting guidance, manuscript and cover-file review, metadata support, IngramSpark setup and distribution coordination, proof-stage review, and practical publishing coordination through release.

It is a good fit for writers who have already done much of the creative work and simply need an experienced hand helping the book cross the distance from manuscript to published edition.

Collaborative Publishing

Best for: Authors and creators whose work would benefit from a deeper creative and publishing partnership.

Some books arrive almost finished. Others arrive as pages, memories, photographs, conversations, notebooks, poems, research, illustrations, or a strong idea that still needs structure.

In a Collaborative Publishing project, Sacred Moments Press may work alongside the creator through manuscript development, organization, editing, design, production, permissions, metadata, publishing, website presentation, marketing, and release.

The amount of collaboration is shaped by the project. The creator’s voice and intentions remain central, while the press provides the hands-on publishing work needed to help the project become a finished, thoughtful edition.

Creative and legacy preservation

We also welcome inquiries from artists and families looking for thoughtful ways to preserve writing, artwork, photographs, journals, letters, archives, or other creative work that carries a life, a voice, or a family story forward.

These projects are considered individually. Some become books. Some become collections, prints, cards, archives, or carefully preserved editions.

Whatever form they take, we approach them with the same questions: What should be preserved? Who created it? Who holds the rights? What story does it carry? And how can we help it move forward without losing what made it worth saving?

Publishing fees, responsibilities, rights, royalties, and project scope are discussed clearly before work begins and are documented in a written agreement.

Start with a conversation

If something here feels like a possible fit, reach out through our About & Contact page.

You do not need a formal proposal or a perfectly prepared manuscript. Tell us a little about the work, where it is now, and what you hope it might become.

An inquiry is simply a beginning: a chance to listen, ask questions, and see whether the work and the press belong together.
